If you have previously registered a Lifeline email address with your BSU Computer Username then you may use this form to reset your password. Enter your username and you will be sent an email message with further instructions.
If you have not registered a Lifeline address, then you will need to bring a photo ID to the Tech Center in Bracken Library, Room 101, to have your password reset.
Your Ball State Username is used to access most services at Ball State, including Blackboard, Office365, Banner, and other online resources. This username and password are valid while you are a current student or employee. Once you leave Ball State your username will be deactivated.
Your Ball State University account is governed by the Users’ Privileges and Responsibilities Policy and your usage of it implies assent to the information contained within it.
